OS_USE_CNT_SEM definition
When this constant is set to 1, counting semaphore objects are enabled for use within the system. If counting semaphores are not required, this value can be set to 0 to minimize the size of the generated executable. If this constant is not explicitly defined, it defaults to a value of 1.
