ST_USE_STRING_CLIB Definition

When this configuration constant is set to 0, functions designed to operate on strings (stStrLen, stStrCpy, stStrNCpy, stStrCat, stStrNCat, stStrCmp, stStrNCmp, stStrICmp, stStrNICmp, stStrUpr) are sourced from the Alternative C Library. When this value is set to 1, macros with the same names are created that utilize functions from the Standard C Library.
